Really enjoyed this, Ted. It amazes me how many (most?) companies don't bother with something as simple as a 90-day review. Every week that goes past that 90 days carries the week-by-week danger of the new employee becoming more and more disengaged. The employment market in 2021 offers organizations a chance to fix these sort of things.

Organizations are nothing (NOTHING!) without humans. It's shocking how few really recognize that. Revenue meetins, you know?
